Sevilla Sunny Haze
You see them everywhere in the streets of the cities in Southern Spain... Orange trees!
In spring they carry delicious smelling flowers and in winter beautiful oranges!
We used orange blossom and the peel of the Seville bitter orange to brew a real thirst-quencer. Since wheat is one of the main grains this beer has a refreshing base with a nice 'haze' to it. Amarillo was used as single hop to add an extra level of citrus flavor and a slight bitter.
