Moscatel Mania Barley Wine
Anyone who has been to the south of Spain may have drunk them, those full-bodied, sweet dessert wines full of delicious raisin flavor. One warm summer evening, when we were enjoying a Moscatel dessert wine on a Spanish terrace, the idea came up to capture that experience in a Barley Wine.
We imported authentic sundried Moscatel grapes from Malaga and used them to brew a full bodied, sweet Barley Wine loaded with that delicious raisin flavor.
Tip: Try to store a few bottles in a cold and dark place for a year, this beer only gets better with time!
